Nerves, anxiety, excitement, passion, joy, euphoria … the guys who participated in the different evaluation sessions of the #coachExit project went through all the possible sensations. And it is that, telling experiences like “thanks to this project I have learned to face my fears”; or “it has been a change in our lives”; is very exciting but, at the same time, very complicated.
The #coachExit project is a corporate volunteer initiative of the Exit Foundation aimed at companies, which seeks to improve the employment integration of young people between 16 and 19 years of age in vulnerable situations. The program consists of the Foundation training volunteers from companies in coaching and mentoring to accompany these children for two
months on a tour within the company. Thus, they have a first contact with the labor world, find their vocation and understand the importance of training to access the labor market.
